Helpful Hints for Microwaving

• If time permits, thaw frozen dinners overnight in refrigerator.

• All of your Art's Jug frozen dinners are fully cooked, therefore, all you are trying to achieve is a desired eating temperature.

Loosen cover only slightly to let steam escape. (This allows the food to reheat without it becoming dry due to loss of moisture)

• The time of cooking in a household microwave can be anywhere from 4-10 minutes. Every microwave's power is different, so your heating time will vary.

• It is better to microwave at a lower power for a longer time than at a higher power for a shorter time. (This allows the food to reheat evenly. It is better to underheat and repeatedly check the temperature than overheat)

• Allow microwaved product to set for 2-3 minutes with cover on before eating. (This allows the product to regain some of its moisture)

• All of Art's Jug frozen dinners are microwavable.

• After you have enjoyed your dinner and it is not fully eaten, simply retain your cover for resealing and refrigerate.

• Pizzas— thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 350° (electric oven) or 400° (gas oven). Remove pizza from cardboard disk and place pizza on cookie sheet or pizza sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes or until desired.
