Sboro's Restaurant is located at 836 Coffeen Street. Built on the original site of Grandma Marie's homestead, brothers Steve and Art Sboro created a restaurant dedicated to the concept of simple, yet sophisticated dishes.  The freshest ingredients that can be obtained are woven into a menu that emphasizes the culinary heritage and diversity of the Sboro Family.

Many of the dishes at Sboro's are rare and exclusive to the area.  In addition to Watertown's best steaks, Sboro's serves a variety of seafood, chicken, veal and pasta dishes.  A mouth watering bruchetta bread or Sboro's peppers appetizer are a must during any visit. In addition to our menu, we have nightly features such as the ever popular duck jubilee, ahi tuna, steamed clams, and many more.  Following the main course, try one of our tempting homemade desserts and a specialty coffee.

Our newly remodeled lounge typically fills up with familiar faces on a nightly basis.  We offer a large selection of beverages including wines, liquor and beer including a local micro-brew on tap. Enjoy a specialty cocktail such as a pomegranate or chocolate martini in front of our cozy fireplace.
